Interested in how things work — and how they could work better.
My experience sits across e-commerce operations and digital marketing, with hands-on work supporting multiple online stores, product data, marketplaces and the systems that keep them running.
I'm particularly interested in the relationship between operational detail and customer experience: using data to understand what's happening, asking better questions and making thoughtful improvements.
I'm building deeper capability in analytics, conversion optimisation and web technologies — and using practical projects to put that learning into practice.
